This role is ideal for candidates with experience in machine operation, manufacturing, process work, mail sorting, mail house operations, or similar fast-paced environments. We also welcome applicants with strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and a genuine willingness to learn.

Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Machine Operator - Mailhouse

Location: Ravenhall, VIC

DAYSHIFT: 7am - 3pm

Key Responsibilities

- Operate mail sorting and insertion machines




- Sort mail and products accurately and efficientlyMonitor machinery and troubleshoot basic operational issues
- Complete basic computer tasks, data entry, and record keeping
- Perform general mail house duties
- Safely operate manual and electric pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Role Requirements

- Previous experience in manufacturing, process work, machine operation, mail house, print, packaging, food industry or similar operational environments
- Machine operating experience is highly regarded
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and Excel
- Experience using manual and/or electric pallet jacks
- Ability to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Forklift and/or LO Licence is advantageous but not essential
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Must be based in Ravenhall or surrounding suburbs
- Teachable attitude with a willingness to learn
