The Company: An award-winning and highly established volume home building company, due to continued growth into 2026 are looking to hire an experienced AutoCAD production draftsperson to join their growing drafting team. Housing construction projects consist from a vast range of designs across single and double storey homes.

Job Description

90% of homes are medium-density townhouses and 10% are greenfield homes.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role

- Reporting to the Drafting Manager
- Produce accurate working drawings for volume housing projects
- Ensure all work is completed within set time frames
- Ensuring conformance with necessary guidelines and Council requirements
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work within a highly supportive and collaborative team environment

Role Requirements:

- MUST HAVE a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a drafter with a volume/medium-density home building company.




- Townhouse drafting experience would be highly advantageous
- Intermediate to advanced-level drafting experience using AutoCAD
- REVIT skills would be highly advantageous
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record within the volume home building industry
- Strong team player
- Able to meet deadlines
