We are seeking a creative, driven and highly organised Digital Media & Content Producer to join our growing media and marketing team.

The Chance

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for planning, capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality photography, videography, and digital media across residential property campaigns, social media platforms, and wider business marketing initiatives.

The position extends well beyond property marketing. Working closely with our sales, property management, marketing, and leadership teams, the successful candidate will also produce engaging content for recruitment, community engagement, internal communications, and corporate storytelling, helping to position Ray White Bendigo as the leading real estate business in the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Property photography across residential, commercial and lifestyle listings
- Property walkthrough videos and promotional video production




- Branded content production, including agent profile and personal branding videos
- Recruitment marketing campaigns, customer testimonials and success stories
- Photography and filming of community partnerships, sponsorships and events
- Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Producing leadership and internal communications content
- Assisting with campaign launches and marketing collateral
- Ensuring all content aligns with Ray White brand standards
- Managing digital asset storage and organisation
- Working collaboratively with agents and the wider business
- Staying across digital trends, emerging platforms and new production technology, including AI tools

About You

You are creative, proactive and highly organised with a robust eye for detail and visual branding. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing creativity with deadlines and operational priorities.

You will ideally have:

- Demonstrated experience in photography, videography and digital content production. Experience with drone operation (well regarded)
- Robust editing capability across Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms, including Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Experience working within brand guidelines to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing collateral




- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and collaborative approach
- A qualification in photography, videography, media, marketing or communications, a CASA Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) or willingness to obtain one, and a current Working with Children Check will also be well regarded.
- Experience in real estate, media, marketing, or content production will be highly regarded; however, attitude, creativity, and work ethic are equally significant.
