Our platform is revolutionising how cabinets are ordered, visualised, and produced online, and we're looking for a Front End Developer to help us take our cutting-edge 3D Room Planner (3DRP) project to the next level.

So, what's it all about?

You'll join our in-house Development Team working on next-generation web tools that bring cabinet design to life. The 3DRP project is built in React with Three.js, combining real-time 3D rendering with a smooth, intuitive user experience - giving customers a dynamic way to design, visualise, and order custom cabinetry online.

You'll be building features, optimising performance,



and collaborating with designers and backend engineers to push the boundaries of what's possible in a browser.

You will:

- Develop new features and UI components for our 3D Room Planner (3DRP) built with React and Three.js
- Integrate models, textures, and animations
- Optimise rendering performance and ensure smooth real-time interaction across devices
- Collaborate with backend developers to ensure efficient data flow and API integration
- Contribute ideas and technical solutions to keep our software leading the market
- Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and planning sessions as part of a supportive dev team
- Implement efficient geometry manipulation, camera controls, and real-time material updates
- Continuously refine the user experience through prototyping and feedback loops
- Help shape our front-end architecture and technical direction for the existing 3D features

The skills & experience you'll need:

- Minimum 3 years of front-end development experience
- Hands-on experience with Three.js or React-Three-Fiber
- Background in game development or 3D graphics programming
- Strong React skills - hooks, component lifecycle, state management, and performance optimisation
- Solid JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript experience
- Git version control experience




- Attention to detail and an appreciation for clean, maintainable code
- Experience debugging shaders or materials in Three.js or WebGL
- Understanding of RESTful API consumption
- Basic understanding of 3D math (vectors, matrices, transformations)

What we'd love to see (but not a deal-breaker):

- Experience working with 3D rendering or graphics programming (Three.js, WebGL, Babylon.js, etc.)
- Knowledge of 3D file formats (GLTF, FBX, OBJ) and their efficient use in web apps
- Familiarity with responsive design principles for 3D/interactive environments
- Familiarity with Webpack/Vite, ESLint, and performance profiling tools
- Some experience in UX/UI design or 3D interaction design
- AWS or Docker exposure
- Experience developing configurators, visualisers, or editors (e.g., furniture planner, architecture tool, or product customiser)
- Experience implementing smooth animations or transitions using Tween.js, GSAP, or similar libraries
- Experience working with 3D tools like Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max for asset preparation and optimization
