Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, Service Portal, Employee Center, Service Catalog, and ITSM solutions.
- Build integrations with REST APIs, CyberArk, Jira, CMDB, SharePoint, IAM, and automation platforms using IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
- Design scalable workflows, automation, and enterprise integration architectures.
- Produce solution designs, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, and provide technical guidance.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, present solution designs, and deliver business-focused outcomes.

Required Skills

- Solid ServiceNow development experience (Service Portal, Employee Center, ITSM, CMDB, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub).
- Experience designing enterprise integrations and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of solution architecture, API governance, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
