Key Responsibilities





- Safely operate counterbalance forklift to unload and load trucks efficiently
- Replenish stock for pickers in a variety of warehouse zones
- Assist with stock management and movement in cold-room and ambient areas
- Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and accuracy in all tasks
- Support team to meet daily throughput targets

Requirements

- Valid forklift licence with previous counterbalance experience
- Demonstrated experience in a warehouse environment (preferably high-volume)
- Comfortable working in cold-room conditions and reusable equipment use
- Ability to work autonomously and follow safety standards
- Physically fit and able to sustain movement throughout shifts
- Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic
