The Role

You’ll join the estimating team to take ownership of production estimating duties across both medium-density and detached home projects. You’ll handle take-offs, variations, supplier orders, and cost management through the construction phase. The workflow is consistent but realistic,



with a strong pipeline of work up to 2027.

Requirements

- Solid production estimating experience within Medium Density or volume building
- Strong knowledge of Australian building standards
- Confidence in reading plans, completing take-offs, and issuing POs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Team-focused attitude with clear and open communication skills
- Proficiency in Databuild and MS Office is a bonus but not essential
