Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC seeks a proactive Team Leader, Youth Engagement, to manage the Cherry Creek Youth Justice Precinct programs and staff. You will oversee Youth Engagement Officers, plan diverse activities and coordinate with partners to support cultural backgrounds and outcomes.

You will lead program delivery across custody sites, develop timetables, support vocational pathways, and work with senior management to track performance while upholding child safety and VPS
