Design & Build has once again been engaged by a leading South Australian Tier 1 builder to assist in finding their next Site Manager. If successful you'll be positioned on a major defence project in Adelaide's Northern Suburbs, working with one of the best site teams in South Australia.

About the Role:

As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects. You'll be working as part of a team of Site Managers, reporting into a Senior Site Manager. You will be responsible for a specific package of a major project, ensuring that operations run smoothly, from managing subcontractors to ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your ability to lead and motivate a team will be key to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors,



ensuring they meet project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience working on commercial recent build projects.
- Tier 2 experience is essential - Tier 1 experience is ideal
- Background as a Site Supervisor on $200m+ projects is suitable
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work and ensuring client satisfaction.
