High Reach Forklift Operator - Day Shift

Mass Resources is currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator for the day shift at a major furniture distribution warehouse based in Cheltenham.

We currently have one ongoing casual position available within a modern, fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is ideal for a reliable and proactive individual who enjoys hands-on warehouse work and working as part of a supportive team.

Position Details

- Role Type: Ongoing Casual
- Shift: Day Shift
- Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Hours Per Week: 38 hours
- Overtime: Available, including weekends
- Pay Rate: $34.96 per hour
- Location: Cheltenham, VIC (on-site)

Key Responsibilities

- Operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
- Picking and processing orders using RF scanners
- Loading and unloading stock safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, safe,



and organised warehouse setting
- Assisting with general warehouse duties and manual handling tasks
- Working collaboratively with warehouse and inventory teams to achieve daily KPIs

Requirements

- Valid LF Forklift Licence
- Minimum 1 year experience operating High Reach forklifts
- Experience using RF scanners to pick orders
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential)
- Full Australian working rights
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
