Transfo Pty Ltd is a growing company seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial Electrician to join our team in Brooklyn. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our operations and delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Industrial Electrician (dayshift)
Location: Brooklyn, VIC
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of electrical repairs and maintenance activities
- Provide expert advice to customers on equipment condition and improvement opportunities
- Modify and upgrade existing installations to meet customer requirements
- Conduct preventative maintenance and complete work orders accurately
- Troubleshoot and fault-find industrial electrical systems and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment
- Ensure compliance with all WHS policies and procedures

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Certificate IV in Electrical Technology (or higher)




- Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial electrical environments (FMCG)
- Current Victorian A-Grade Electrical License
- Unrestricted driver’s license
- Ability to read and interpret industrial electrical schematics (power and control)
- Solid understanding of electrical symbols and safety equipment (safety category)
- Experience with Lenze, Allen-Bradley, and Siemens systems (drives, PLC programming, etc.)
- Working at Heights certification
- Proven fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Desirable Attributes

- Willingness to undertake further training
- Good level of physical fitness
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
