Maddocks is seeking a Lawyer/Associate with 3+ years’ PQE to join its Corporate & Private Clients practice in Melbourne. The role focuses on private M&A;, JV and shareholders agreements, and broad commercial advice, working with Partners Greg Hipwell and Elizabeth Lilley.

You will support a diverse client base, including private equity funds and listed companies, and contribute to a cooperative, career‑progressive team in Melbourne.
