About the Role

Reporting directly to the COO, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the success of one or two leading global brands across Australia and Current Zealand.

You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, inventory performance and product strategy while leading a small team of Product Managers and Assistant Product Managers.

This is a highly commercial role requiring close collaboration with international vendors, major retailers and internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the commercial performance of your assigned brands across ANZ.
- Develop and execute brand growth strategies.
- Drive revenue, gross profit and inventory performance.
- Manage forecasting, purchasing and inventory planning to maximise availability while optimising stock levels.




- Lead recent product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage pricing, promotions, rebates, product lifecycle and commercial performance.
- Own the end-to-end commercial claims process, including retailer claims, rebates, returns and vendor recoveries, ensuring timely resolution, accurate reconciliation and protection of business profitability.
- Build strong relationships with international vendor partners and act as the primary commercial contact.
- Work closely with major retailers including JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, Officeworks, Amazon, Bunnings and other key accounts.
- Lead, coach and develop a small team of Product Managers and Assistant Product Managers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver outstanding business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting and operational processes.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial thinking with excellent organisational skills and enjoys taking ownership.

You’ll ideally have:

- 5+ years' experience in Product Management, Category Management or Commercial Management.
- Experience managing brands within consumer electronics, technology or FMCG.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, gross profit and inventory.
- Excellent forecasting, purchasing and inventory management skills.




- Experience working with international vendors and major retail customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring team members.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar will be highly regarded.

Mandarin language skills would be highly advantageous.
