The Role

Full time or Part time - hybrid.

This role is ideal for a confident practitioner looking to take the next step in their legal career with the opportunity for leadership, client engagement and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of complex legal matters within the team

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Contribute to business development initiatives and firm growth

About You

Minimum 2 years post-admission experience (PAE)

Background and interest in Family Law

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver practical legal solutions

An interest in developing leadership capabilities and a collaborative working style

Salary negotiable based on experience.
