About the Role

Join a well‑established pharmaceutical manufacturer specialising in high‑quality personal care products. We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator with strong GMP knowledge and a background in regulated, high‑volume production environments.

This position offers genuine career progression

- Ongoing contract with potential for permanency
- Monday–Friday, Day Shift (7am–3pm)
- Located in Melbourne’s South‑Eastern Suburbs

Key Responsibilities

- Operate, monitor, and adjust automated and semi‑automated production machinery
- Perform accurate product packing, labelling, and in‑process quality checks
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and escalation mechanical issues
- Troubleshoot minor machine faults to minimise downtime and maintain line efficiency
- Adhere to GMP, SOPs,



and all site safety and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives

About You

- Previous experience in afast‑paced pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environment
- Previous experience as a line setter or line leader ishighly regarded
- Proven capability as a Machine Operator working with filling, packing, or labelling equipment
- Solid mechanical aptitude with demonstrated troubleshooting skills on production lines
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to product quality and compliance
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and support smooth line performance
