The Role

We are looking for experienced and committed hands on and mechanically minded Line Operators to work in our manufacturing facility on our state-of-the-art production equipment.

The roles arefull-time, permanent positions, reporting to theSupervisor. You'll be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and keeping our production lines running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production lines and packaging machinery in accordance with GMP, SOPs and safety requirements.

Troubleshoot minor production line issues or elevate when required.

Prepare materials and equipment for each production batch.

Performin-process quality checksto ensure products meet all specifications and compliance requirements.

Accurately completeproduction documentation.





Assist withline changeovers, cleaning, and preventative maintenance tasks.

Maintain stricthygiene and contamination controlin all production areas.

Promptly report anyequipment faults, or quality concernsto the Supervisor.

Collaborate withQuality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teamsto ensure seamless production flow.

Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards in line with HACCP and GMP requirements.

Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the production and packaging areas in line with HACCP and GMP requirements

What You Bring

Experience inFMCGor a similar fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Mechanically inclined and capable of problem-solving under pressure.

A currentforklift licenseanddriver's license(preferred).

Understanding ofHACCP,GMP, and hygiene protocols.

Full working rights in Australia.

A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Willing to assist with general operational duties.

Packing products as required (able to work in a cold setting)

Able to lift up to 25kgs.
