With a strong pipeline of secured work and a collaborative culture, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team.

The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of commercial and office fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for driving project outcomes across planning, design coordination, procurement, and delivery.

This role offers a clear pathway to Construction Manager, with involvement in both early-stage project setup and end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead commercial and office fit-out projects end-to-end
- Manage pre-construction activities including planning, design coordination, and procurement strategy
- Oversee budgets, programming, subcontractors, and project delivery
- Coordinate consultants, site teams, and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage project risks

About You

- 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction or fit-out Project Management
- Strong pre-construction experience is essential
- Experience delivering Design & Construct projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and delivery-focused
- Ambition to progress into Construction Manager level
