We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead to lead the successful delivery of strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale SAP programs across multiple functional streams and delivering complex enterprise projects within an Agile or hybrid delivery environment.This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA projects across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Transportation Management (TM), and ACM. Experience working within the agriculture, commodities, supply chain, or logistics sectors will be highly regarded.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects from planning through deployment and hypercare. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising business, functional, technical, integration, testing, and change management resources. Drive project governance, executive reporting, RAID management, and Steering Committee updates. Oversee solution design, testing, data migration, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live support. Ensure delivery aligns with SAP Activate methodology, governance standards, and business objectives. Manage third-party vendors and offshore delivery teams where applicable.



Foster collaboration across multiple workstreams while maintaining a solid focus on quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience10+ years of Project Management and Delivery Leadership experience delivering enterprise technology programs. Demonstrated experience leading multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs. Strong experience delivering projects across the following SAP functional domains: SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) SAP Procurement (MM) SAP Logistics / Supply Chain SAP Transportation Management (TM) SAP ACM (Agricultural Contract Management) Experience managing large, complex projects involving multiple vendors and geographically distributed teams. Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery practices. Proven ability to engage with executive stakeholders and business leaders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience delivering SAP solutions for agribusiness, commodities, grain handling, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing organisations. Knowledge of agricultural supply chain operations. Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Integration Suite, and SAP Analytics. Experience managing data migration, system integration, organisational change management, and cutover activities. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is highly desirable. SAP S/4HANA certification will be advantageous.
