About the role:
This role manages theend‐to‐end resident conveyancing process, preparing contracts and settlement documentation, coordinating payouts and lodgements etc.
Monitoring timelines of exit process and working closing with the other internal teams, to allow for better business decisions and drive customer outcomes.
About you
You bring3+ years' experienceas a Conveyancer or Conveyancing/Real Estate Paralegal and a robust track record preparing legal documentation,



coordinating settlements and managing stakeholder relationships.
solid attention to detail and process discipline
organised, detail‐driven and confident managing multiple priorities
excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
the ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently
robust technical skills Microsoft Word and Excel capability
clear communicator who builds robust professional relationships
enjoy being apart of a high performing respected team and pride yourself on the quality of work you produce
