TheengineeringteamisalsoinvestingheavilyinAI,withfutureprojectsexpectedtoincorporateAI-assisteddevelopmentandintelligentproductcapabilities.

Designscalable,maintainablesolutionsandmakepragmaticarchitecturaldecisions.

Removetechnicalblockers,improveteamvelocityanddriveengineeringbestpractice.





PartnerwithProduct,QAandDeliverytobalancecustomeroutcomeswithtechnicalexcellence.

WhatYou'llNeed

8+years'commercialexperiencebuildingscalableapplicationswithTypeScript,Node.js,ReactandNext.js.

Previousexperienceleadinganengineeringsquadwhileremaininghands-onwithdevelopment.

Strongunderstandingofdistributedsystems,APIs,microservicesandcloud-nativearchitecture.

CommercialexperiencewithAWS,GraphQL,CI/CD,containerisation,observabilityandapplicationperformance.

Excellentcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytomentorengineers,maketechnicaldecisionsanddrivedelivery.
