We're in search of a high-energy, enthusiastic stylist who excels at providing our loyal customers with outstanding service and can infuse the team with positive energy.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available to our Fashion Concession Store located within Myer Charlestown.





Provide excellent service and styling assistance to our customers.

Excel in your role as a Pilgrim Fashion Ambassador displaying a strong affinity with the Pilgrim brand and its product

Optimize store performance by delivering strong sales results

Lead by example, train & develop staff to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that delivers results

Enjoy delivering a high standard of personal, staff, store, and stock visual presentation.

Be innovative and provide feedback to management on new ways to improve Pilgrim’s performance.

Provide good housekeeping and administrative skills.

Skills and Attributes

It would be desirable if you had some or all of the following:

Strong understanding of styling for all body shapes.

Great time management and attention to detail.

Desire to be a Pilgrim Fashion Ambassador and to represent the Brand.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven success in fashion retail.

Proactive and positive attitude with passion, engagement and integrity
