Wholesale and Product Development Admin Assistant at Munro Footwear Group

Munro Footwear Group is seeking a Wholesale and Product Development Admin Assistant to support a range of wholesale brands, particularly focusing on I Love Billy. In this position, you will report to the Product Developer and be an essential member of the Wholesale and Product Development team, ensuring that administrative tasks are executed effectively to maintain the flow of wholesale operations.

What you’ll do

- Assist in managing product samples and maintaining accurate product information.
- Provide support during range launches to ensure smooth execution of wholesale activities.

Requirements

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry.




- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

- Experience with product development processes or wholesale operations.
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Skills & tools

- Strong computer skills, particularly in data management and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
