You’ll lead the growth of Boutique Stays by Alloggio across Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula, becoming the local face of the brand and shaping how we establish our presence in the region.

Working closely with property owners, investors, developers, real estate professionals and strategic referral partners, you'll identify premium homes, investment properties and development opportunities and help unlock their full potential through tailored short-term rental strategies that maximise returns and deliver long-term value.

Success in this role comes from uncovering opportunities, building meaningful partnerships and thinking strategically about how properties can perform across premium short-term rental, holiday, corporate, insurance and extended stay markets.





You’ll have the autonomy to grow your own territory, supported by experienced operations teams, industry‑leading systems and ongoing training. We’re looking for someone commercially minded and relationship-driven who thrives out in market — spotting opportunities, opening doors and turning strong relationships into growth.

What You'll Be Doing

- Identify opportunities — Premium homes, investment properties and development prospects.
- Build relationships — Owners, investors, developers and referral partners.
- Generate business — Networking, referrals and proactive prospecting.
- Leverage insights — Use dynamic pricing technology, market data and industry-leading systems to identify opportunities and drive performance.
- Conduct appraisals — Pricing technology, market insights and return modelling.
- Present strategies — Tailored short‑term rental strategies that maximise owner returns.
- Develop partnerships — Scalable growth through strong partnerships and referral networks.
- Negotiate agreements — Secure Management Agreements.
- Manage pipeline — Maintain accurate CRM activity in Zoho.
- Support onboarding — Work with operations to onboard current owners seamlessly.
- Know the market — Act as the local expert in premium short‑term rental opportunities.

About You

- Relevant experience — A background in business development, partnerships, property, real estate, investment, tourism, hospitality, short-term rental or relationship‑led account management.
