We have an exciting opportunity for a technician to join our technical team providing installation, commissioning and service for our commercial and corporate clients across security, healthcare, aged care, local government, federal government and commercial sectors.

Job Summary

Our growing business needs a technician full time to join our company. Providing field service and technical support to our customers and stakeholders. Focusing on site installations, repair, maintenance and compliance tasks. As a technician, you will be travelling to customers’ sites, remotely accessing equipment and performing routine maintenance checks.

As a successful candidate, your main duties will include, although are not limited to:

- Service
- Security
- CCTV
- Access Control
- Intercom
- Duress
- Nurse Call - Aged care and Acute care

To qualify for this role, you will be required to have the following:





- Minimum 3-year + of experience in the security and electrical industry
- Experiences in Axis, Inner Range Integriti, Tecom C4, Genetec, Lenel, Gallagher and Miracle is an advantage
- Hold a current Private Security Registration,(willing to obtain)
- Cabling licence & white card – must have
- Technicalskillsand/orexperience relatedtoelectronic securitysystems.
- ValidVictorian driver’s licence; ability to travel across Melbourne
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check

Ideally, the successful candidate will also possess the following:

- Moderate experience & understanding of IP network environments
- Display leadership skills and lateral thinking
- Have excellent communication and people skills, able to deal directly with clients.
- Understand fault finding and corrective action
- The ability to work unsupervised and have a high level of problem-solving skills

We will support the right candidate and provide additional training to develop skill sets and knowledge base.
