Temeworx Pty Ltd is an Australian company specialising in the distribution, marketing and commercialisation of premium health and wellness products across Australia and international markets. Since its establishment in 2017, the company has experienced significant growth by developing strategic partnerships with leading manufacturers, distributors and e-commerce platforms throughout Australia and Asia. As the business continues to expand its operations, strengthen organisational capability and optimise business performance, we are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Chief Operating Officer to join our executive management team.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Operating Officer will play a critical role in reviewing, analysing and improving the company’s organisational systems, operational procedures and business processes. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to implement operational strategies, improve organisational efficiency, optimise resource allocation and support the company’s continued growth across both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse the company’s organisational structure, operational workflows and business processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, productivity and overall business performance.
Review and evaluate existing operational systems, policies and procedures across sales, marketing, procurement, logistics and customer service functions, recommending and implementing process improvements where appropriate.
Develop, implement and continuously improve standard operating procedures, operational frameworks and governance systems to support sustainable business growth.
Monitor business performance through the analysis of operational data, financial reports and key performance indicators,
providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
Coordinate cross-functional business improvement projects and ensure effective collaboration between Australian operations and international business partners.
Develop and implement organisational strategies, operational plans and business improvement initiatives that support the company’s commercial objectives and long-term expansion plans.
Consult with directors and department managers to identify operational challenges, evaluate existing business practices and implement practical solutions to improve organisational effectiveness.
Design and oversee performance measurement systems, reporting frameworks and operational controls to monitor business performance and facilitate informed decision-making.
Evaluate business technologies, digital systems and organisational processes, recommending enhancements to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and cross-border business integration.
Prepare detailed analytical reports, operational reviews and strategic recommendations for senior management regarding organisational performance, resource allocation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
At least five years' relevant senior management experience in commercial operations, business strategy, organizational improvement or executive management.
Strong strategic planning, commercial analysis and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating organisational change initiatives.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
