About the role In this position, you will oversee the engineering efforts of the All the Ads team, which is part of SEEK's Pricing and Performance division. Your responsibilities will include the design and implementation of AI and machine learning systems, as well as the development of data assets and pipelines that enhance SEEK's understanding of hirers and job advertisements on a large scale. You will work closely with data scientists and AI product managers across three distinct problem areas, leading a team of engineers while ensuring high technical standards and efficient delivery.

What you'll do

Requirements





- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Proven expertise in AI and machine learning technologies.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
