Croft Contracting Service Divison – Keysborough VIC

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician to join our Croft Contracting Service Division. This full-time, permanent role is based in Keysborough, Victoria and will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our clients' HVAC systems.

What you'll be doing

- Provide preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of commercial and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
- Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Install new HVAC equipment according to industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work carried out
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations

What we're looking for

- Formal qualifications in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, such as a Certificate III or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience as an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician
- Solid technical skills in fault-finding, diagnostics,



and repair of HVAC systems
- Familiarity with a range of refrigerants and ability to handle them safely
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to liaise with customers
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- A current driver's licence
