Bendigo Powder Coating is a long established business of over 35 years in the Powder Coating Industry and we are seeking a Casual Labourer/Powder Coater to join our team in Bendigo, Victoria. We are looking for someone who is available for an immediate start. This is an ongoing role of upwards of 38hrs per week and is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our business. As a Labourer/Powder Coater, you will be responsible for a variety of hands-on tasks within our powder coating operation.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, degreasing, and pre-treating components

Carefully operating powder coating equipment to apply high-quality finishes

Performing quality checks and ensuring finished products meet required standards

Maintaining a clean and organised work setting

Assisting with other general labouring duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in either a labourer, powder coating or spray painting role, ideally within the trades and services industry, but not essential as on the job training will be provided.





Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team

Good physical fitness and dexterity to perform manual tasks

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
