Marketing Manager | Manufacturing Industry

- Location: Epping (5 days in office) Free onsite parking

- Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per annum + Super

- Position Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager within the manufacturing industry to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will lead the marketing team, manage day-to-day operations, and execute campaigns aligned with our commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, calendar, and KPIs.

- Team & Agency Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while managing external agency relationships.

- Campaign Execution: Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and direct channels.

- Digital & Brand: Oversee website strategy, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.

- Financials & Reporting: Manage the department budget, analyze campaign ROI,



and provide comprehensive monthly reports.

- Industry Representation: Represent the company at trade shows and support the sales team with presentations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of marketing or marketing management experience.

- Proven track record in strategic planning, lead generation, and digital marketing (SEO, SEM, CRM).

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team and budgets.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
