Test Lead
Location:South East Melbourne (Hybrid)
Rate:Up to $600 per day
Contract:Initial 6-month contract with likely extensions

We're seeking an experienced Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing across a large enterprise transformation program. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on delivering high-quality outcomes across Salesforce-based solutions, customer platforms, and complex system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead System, Integration, End-to‑End, Regression and UAT testing.
- Own test strategy, planning, execution, reporting and defect management.
- Coordinate testing across business, technical and vendor teams.
- Validate Salesforce functionality, integrations, workflows and customer processes.
- Ensure quality across customer, billing and integrated enterprise systems.




- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide clear delivery updates.

Required Experience

- 7+ years' experience in software testing, including Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst roles.
- Solid experience leading testing across complex enterprise environments.
- Hands‑on Salesforce testing experience, including integrations and custom functionality.
- Proven experience with test planning, execution, defect management and release readiness.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable

- Utilities, customer information or billing system experience.
- Experience with omnichannel/contact centre platforms.
- Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or similar).
- ISTQB certification.
