Due to continued growth, we're expanding our operations team and are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to take ownership of projects from sales handover through to completion, ensuring every installation is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and highly organised hands-on Battery and Solar Operations Coordinator to join our growing team based in Rowville.

The position is office-based management, while working alongside our sales, service, installation and administration teams.





This role would suit an experienced Operations Manager from a smaller business looking to step into a larger organisation, or an experienced Project Coordinator ready to take the next step in their career.

Reporting directly to the Director, you'll work alongside six installation teams and collaborate closely with sales, administration and service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage solar and battery installations from sales handover through to installation and completion
- Lead and support installation teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standard.
- Support the sales team with technical advice
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements, while maintaining the strong culture within our team.
- Ensure full compliance with OH&S;, and all industry regulations
- Coordinate procurement and ordering of equipment for upcoming installations.
- Assist with recruitment, staff KPI’s and performance reviews.

- Deliver installations safely, on time and to the highest standard.
- Support and develop high-performing installation teams.
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.




- Drive continuous improvement across operations.Ensure strong communication between sales, administration and installation teams.

What we are looking for

- Exceptional customer focus with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Previous experience in a similar role working alongside multiple installation teams and managing multiple projects.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Full Australian working rights
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.

Highly Regarded

- Solar and battery installation experience
- Pylon or other CRM experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
