The Opportunity

As an Architectural Project Consultant, you'll become a trusted partner to architects, designers and builders throughout the life of a project.

You'll manage a portfolio of exciting architectural projects, supporting customers from their initial enquiry through product specification, quotation and project completion.

This is more than a sales role. It's about building trusted relationships, understanding customer needs and helping deliver exceptional outcomes.

Working closely with our Estimating, Design, Customer Service and Production teams, you'll play an important role in helping customers select the best Sculptform solution while ensuring projects progress smoothly.

What You'll Own

As a key member of our Sales team,



you'll:

- Build strong relationships with architects, designers, builders and other project stakeholders.
- Manage a portfolio of architectural projects from enquiry through to project completion.
- Guide customers through specification, quotation and project delivery.
- Develop a strong understanding of Sculptform's products and architectural applications.
- Prepare accurate quotations and product recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and improve project outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with our Estimating, Design, Customer Service and Production teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and project information within Salesforce CRM.
- Monitor project progress and proactively follow up opportunities.
- Continuously look for ways to improve customer experience and contribute to team success.

What You'll Bring

You'll ideally have experience in one or more of the following:

- Customer Service
- Project Coordination
- Internal Sales
- Account Management




- Construction or Building Products

You'll also bring:

- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system (preferred).

Experience within architecture, construction or building products is highly regarded, but not essential.
