As the Practice Lead, you will provide day-to-day leadership to the administration team, ensuring exceptional client experiences and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with senior leadership to achieve strategic objectives while supporting continuous improvement across the practice.

Duties

- Lead, coach and support a small team of reception and administration staff
- Ensure the delivery of a professional, efficient and client-focused reception service across all opening hours
- Support psychologists by coordinating appointments, managing client records and ensuring efficient practice operations
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to strengthen referral pathways and business growth
- Ensure billing, debtor management and accounts processes are accurate and timely
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
