This is an prospect to step into supported role with a full team of dedicated team members behind you so you can focus on earning a realistic OTE $200,000+. You'll walk into a desk with access to 13,000+ signed clients, 40,000+ inducted candidates, and with the backing of a reputable organisation in the game for the last 19 years.

We are looking for individuals who are not scared of building strong client relationships, catering to their needs from morning to night, with every order made by a client adding to your lucrative commission. If servicing clients before and after work hours to make more money for commissions scares you (lowest billing consultant $4,000 in commissions a month), this job is not for you.

Your Daily Tasks:

Build and grow client relationships with clients across construction, civil, demolition, industrial, warehouse industries.





Identify and convert business development opportunities into long-term partnerships

Contribute to a high-performance team culture

Place the right workers for your clients, finding the best fit and working with client requirements.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in business development in a high volume compacity (blue collar experience is a bonus).

An ability to build a pipeline of leads and generating new target prospects.

Solid negotiation and relationship-building skills.

The ability to work autonomously and hit targets consistently.

An understanding of the construction industry and its workforce needs.

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

A personality that thrives on variety and is wanting to smash commission targets
