Alcoa seeks an Area Operations Manager for its Pinjarra Refinery in Western Australia. This role leads production and maintenance teams to meet safety, environmental, and quality targets while driving reliability and cost efficiency.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee budgets, capital expenditure, and productivity programs, and build a high-performance team through robust leadership, succession planning, and engagement with stakeholders across the organisation.
