Senior Solution Architect - Enterprise Applications

The Bridge Search is partnering with a major retail group on their ERP Transformation, and we're looking for a Senior Solution Architect who brings genuine functional depth in Retail, Supply Chain or Finance, not just integration.

This is a role for someone who enjoys shaping big, meaningful programs. You'll work across six workstreams, guiding solution design, simplifying integrations, uplifting master data governance, and keeping the program aligned to its Target Architecture.

12‑month contract / Melbourne / Hybrid

What you’ll be doing

- Designing enterprise‑grade solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Platforms, HR and Corporate Applications
- Applying clean‑core SAP principles across S/4HANA, BTP and MDG




- Driving API‑first and event‑driven integration patterns
- Presenting to the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and influencing senior stakeholders
- Bringing structure, clarity and governance to a complex, multi‑vendor ecosystem
- Ensuring alignment across identity, security, data ownership and integration models

What you’ll bring

- Robust functional architecture experience in Retail, Supply Chain or Finance
- 10+ years in enterprise solution architecture
- Deep SAP experience across S/4HANA, BTP, MDG, and ideally SuccessFactors
- Experience in large‑scale ERP or transformation programs
- Ability to challenge vendors, simplify complexity and drive clean‑core outcomes
- Calm, structured communication style with senior stakeholders
