We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for a major Supply Chain transformation program. This is a daily rate contract role supporting the migration from Oracle to a SaaS procurement platform. The Senior PM will lead Phase 2, which is the Procure to Pay piece, working alongside an internal PM and taking ownership of stakeholder management, delivery oversight, and program-level coordination.
As the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Business case refresh
- Budget uplift
- Managing multiple streams
- Vendor/SI performance management
- Executive-level communication and SteerCo reporting
- Complex stakeholder workplace with broad engagement across the organisation
Core Experience
- End-to-end project management of complex IT or transformation programs
- Strong experience managing third-party vendors/system integrators to SOWs and performance outcomes
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, sequencing, and interdependencies
- Proven ability to operate in environments with challenging stakeholder groups
Key Skills & Capabilities
- Strong governance, benefit realisation, and delivery discipline
- Able to operate broad and deep — strategic oversight with willingness to dive into detail
- Excellent communication skills, especially with the C Suite and SteerCo
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear, concise messaging
- Cross-functional leadership across teams and vendors
- Commercially astute; able to drive value and hold vendors accountable
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and outcome-focused
