The Role

As Café Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, leading the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of service, and working closely with the kitchen and owners to drive business success.

Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
- Manage staff rosters, recruitment, and training
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and liaise with suppliers




- Handle customer feedback professionally and positively
- Drive sales and support marketing initiatives
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance

About You

- Proven experience in a café or hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for customer service and team development
- Barista experience highly regarded
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $78,989.00 per year
