We are looking for a full-time Service Technician to join our Bendigo team.

This is a outstanding opportunity for a trade-qualified technician who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in their work, and wants to work across a range of equipment including forklifts, elevated work platforms and Kärcher professional cleaning equipment.

About the role

You will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of equipment, carrying out scheduled maintenance and breakdown work, and helping ensure our customers receive prompt, reliable service.

The role offers a mix of workshop and field service work, so it will suit someone who is hands-on, mechanically minded and comfortable working independently.

Key responsibilities

- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to forklifts, EWP's and Kärcher professional cleaning equipment




- Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance and breakdown work
- Carry out workshop and field service work as required
- Complete job cards, service reports and related paperwork accurately
- Identify parts requirements and communicate with the parts and service team
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work workplace
- Represent LTS professionally when dealing with customers on site and in the workshop
- Work in line with company procedures and safety requirements

About you

- Trade qualified in Automotive, Diesel, Mechanical, Electrical or similar
- Robust diagnostic and repair skills across hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience working on forklifts, access equipment, cleaning equipment or similar machinery would be highly regarded
- Able to work independently and manage jobs efficiently
- Practical, reliable and safety focused
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service attitude
- Tickets/licences advantageous
- EWP ticket
- MR licence
