Job Description

New office space, growing team!

As our #AAA teamcontinues to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Occupational Therapistto support participants across theTareeregion, depending on where you’re based- work close to home!

As an experienced clinician, you’ll bring your expertise to a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of your participants, contribute to team development, and continue growing professionally.

- Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services
- Assess participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes
- Caseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and professional goals
- Support the growth and development of graduates and early career clinicians.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Current Occupational Therapymembership with AHPRA




- Experience as an Occupational Therapist or Senior Occupational Therapistbeyond graduation
- Passionate about community‑based support for people with disability
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
- Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team setting
- Desire to mentor graduates and early career clinicians
- Drivers licence, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
