About the role

We are seeking a Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team at Airtasker. This newly created position will play a crucial role in coordinating brand campaigns across Australia, the UK, and the US. You will work closely with our Global Media Strategist to ensure the successful execution of campaigns, manage reporting, and foster media partnerships across various platforms, including television, radio, and out-of-home advertising. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in global Above The Line (ATL) strategy and the execution of large-scale brand campaigns.

What you’ll do

- Collaborate with the Global Media Strategist to oversee the complete lifecycle of media campaigns from inception to completion.
- Liaise with both internal creative teams and external agencies to guarantee the timely and precise delivery of media assets.
- Act as the main operational contact for media partners and vendors, facilitating the organization of processes and meetings.
- Compile and create performance reports for ATL campaigns by collecting data from various partners and internal sources, developing visual representations, and preparing comprehensive presentations.
- Assist in tracking budgets, processing invoices, and reconciling financials in partnership with finance and procurement departments.
- Coordinate with local leads, brand teams, performance analysts, and data specialists to ensure media tracking aligns with overarching marketing goals.




- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of media trends and best practices to inform campaign strategies and execution.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a media agency or a media role within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in managing ATL campaigns, including television, out-of-home, and radio advertising.
- Comprehensive understanding of media workflows from beginning to end, including asset management, partner coordination, tracking, and reporting processes.
- Experience in reporting on ATL campaigns and tracking data, with skills in data collection, quality assurance, and presentation preparation.
- Basic knowledge of Media Mix Modelling (MMM) concepts is preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities to effectively manage multiple campaigns across different markets.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both internal teams and external media partners confidently.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and basic analytics tools for data analysis.
- Capability to manage time efficiently across various time zones, ensuring smooth operations.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with media markets in Australia, the US, and the UK would be advantageous.
- Experience in digital media strategies and execution.




- Knowledge of emerging media trends and technologies.
