We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Community Rehabilitation Program as a Senior Clinician on a full time, fixed-term basis until June 2027, based predominantly at Dandenong Springvale Community Rehabilitation.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine advanced clinical practice with leadership in a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting service development, mentoring staff and students, and driving quality improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Provide advanced clinical leadership and expertise within Community Rehabilitation
- Support and mentor Physiotherapists, students and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Deliver evidence-based, person-centred care to clients with complex rehabilitation needs
- Contribute to service improvement, quality initiatives and clinical education
- Partner with the Team Leader and Senior Clinicians to support service delivery and team development

About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Extensive clinical experience in Physiotherapy
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative approach and commitment to person-centred care
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or recognised equivalent
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Working towards, or completion of, relevant postgraduate studies
- Membership with the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), including involvement in relevant Special Interest Group(s)
- Current Victorian Driver Licence
