Reporting to the National Safety & Compliance Manager, you'll work closely with operational leaders across multiple sites, supporting the ongoing development of the WHS Management System, driving compliance, and contributing to a positive safety culture.

Reporting to the National Safety & Compliance Manager, you'll work closely with operational leaders across multiple sites, supporting the ongoing development of the WHS Management System, driving compliance, and contributing to a positive safety culture.

The Role

- Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the WHS Management System.
- Coordinating incident investigations and identifying corrective actions.
- Monitoring WHS compliance, legislation and safety documentation.
- Supporting inductions,



training coordination and competency management.
- Assisting with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and fleet safety initiatives.
- Analysing safety data and preparing reports to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

About You

- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or currently working towards).
- Experience within transport, logistics, warehousing or heavy vehicle operations.
- Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
