The Role

This is a great opportunity to start or advance your career. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll handle enquiries and counter sales, support the sales team, maintain the showroom, and assist with marketing campaigns and events. Your focus on outstanding customer service will be key to success.

The main duties include:

- Serve trade customers at counter in skilled and efficient manner
- Assisting customers with phone and online enquiries
- Working closely with the Sales Team to convert opportunities into sales
- Coordinating sales administration tasks
- Ensuring purchasing, sales orders, invoicing, and logistics processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Undertaking day-to-day branch activities and supporting the interstate branch network
- Maintaining the showroom, managing inventory levels, office supplies, and implementing processes





Marketing and events support

Supporting marketing campaigns, social media activity, and event organisation

Key Requirements

- Positive and enthusiastic approach, to go with your excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a fast paced sales or customer service environment with a customer-first approach
- Strong ability to multi task with a team-oriented work style
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Reliable, energetic, with a stong sense of urgency
- As the ideal candidate you will bring the skills and energy we are looking for as we enter our exciting next growth phase of the business. Customer and sales focussed, you will have experience in a customer facing role in hospitality, wholesale, retail or trade based sales.
