The Role

Working autonomously across the field, you'll respond to breakdowns and carry out diagnostics, repairs and fault-finding on a broad range of civil earthmoving machinery.

- Core hours Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
- Daily overtime regularly available (extendable to 6am-5pm)
- Saturday OT available when required
- Fully equipped, modern service ute with fuel card




- Occasional away work with all expenses paid

What You'll Bring

Ideal for an experienced diesel mechanic who thrives in field service, values autonomy, and enjoys hands-on technical problem-solving.

- Trade-qualified diesel mechanic (or LV-qualified with relevant experience)
- 1-2+ years in field service or breakdown response role
- Background working on civil earthmoving equipment (essential)
- Good diagnostic and fault-finding ability
- Confidence managing your own workload and schedule
- Customer-facing professionalism and pride in your work
- Drive to work solid hours and maximise take-home pay
- Australian PR or Citizenship is required for this position
