As an SAP Delivery Director, you will lead large-scale SAP projects in a consulting environment. You will own end-to-end project delivery, including PMO governance, workforce planning, and high-quality execution. You will also manage commercial aspects, including customer contract management and negotiation, ensuring alignment with delivery and financial objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will build strong stakeholder relationships and lead high-performing teams to deliver complex SAP initiatives.

This position requires strategic oversight, hands‑on project management, and the ability to drive measurable outcomes for both clients and the firm, balancing delivery excellence with commercial results.

About the role:

- Lead multiple SAP programs and projects across implementation, rollout, and support phases
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms through the PMO
- Oversee workforce planning and resource utilization to ensure delivery efficiency
- Manage commercial and contract-related responsibilities, including negotiations and margin optimisation
- Ensure delivery excellence while meeting client expectations and financial objectives
- Mentor and lead program managers, project managers, and delivery teams

About you:

- Experienced SAP delivery leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale programs
- Thrives on end‑to‑end project ownership, including PMO governance and workforce planning
- Skilled at balancing delivery excellence with commercial outcomes, including contracts and financial objectives
- Builds trusted client relationships and serves as a senior advisor to stakeholders




- Leads and mentors high‑performing teams to deliver complex SAP initiatives
- Strategic, results‑driven, and motivated by solving complex business challenges
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and drive cross‑functional collaboration

Desired Skills:

- Strong SAP delivery experience (S/4HANA preferred) across functional & technical modules
- Program and project management expertise (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- PMO governance, Workforce planning, and Cross‑functional team leadershi
- Solid commercial acumen, i.e., Contract Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Margin ownership.
- Client engagement and stakeholder management
- Relevant certifications preferred: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or SAP‑related certifications
