We’re currently partnering with a fantastic tier 3 business who deliver high-quality projects across fit-out and refurbishments. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they’re looking to bring on an experienced Foreman to join their growing team.

The Role
As Foreman, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all on-site trades and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and site safety standards
- Conduct daily site inspections and maintain site presentation
- Work closely with the Project Manager to drive programme outcomes
- Monitor quality control and ensure works meet specifications
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting
About You
- Proven experience as a Foreman in commercial construction or a background in carpentry for a commercial builder
- Background in fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of construction processes and WHS requirements
