Latrobe Regional Health is seeking an Oncology Clinical Coordinator to lead the Frailty Screening Project within the Oncology Service. The role focuses on implementing nurse-led frailty screening and geriatric assessment for older cancer patients, coordinating multidisciplinary referrals and education.

Part time (0.4 EFT) fixed-term for 12 months, with responsibilities spanning clinical workflow development, data collection, and quality improvement to embed a frailty-informed model of cancer
