We’re on the lookout for a Client Service Officer (CSO) to join our Mildura office and become part of our friendly and supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Chatting with clients and helping with day to day enquiries
- Booking and coordinating appointments
- Assisting with implementing financial advice recommendations
- Preparing paperwork, reports and client documentation
- Liaising with providers and following up outstanding information
- Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
- Supporting advisers with administration and workflow management
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and team efficiency

This is a hands on role where your attention to detail, organisation skills and positive attitude will really shine.

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in delivering high quality work.

You’ll likely bring:





- Some experience within financial services or a professional services environment would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
- Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
- A proactive, team focused attitude
- A genuine passion for client service and building relationships
- Experience with Xplan CRM, My Prosperity or Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook) will be highly regarded.
