We're looking for an ambitious, motivated and highly organised Project Manager to join our team.

This role would suit an experienced Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator within the commercial windows, glazing or façade industry who is ready to take ownership of their own projects and progress their career.

About the Role

You will take complete ownership of commercial window and cladding projects from handover through to practical completion.

This includes coordinating design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, site installation and project completion.

You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously while working closely with builders, architects, suppliers, installers and our internal production team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage commercial projects valued between $100,000 and $2.5 million
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining programme, quality and profitability
- Review architectural and construction drawings
- Coordinate shop drawings through to client approval
- Identify design clashes, construction issues and cost-saving opportunities during the shop drawing stage
- Procure materials and coordinate suppliers
- Coordinate manufacturing schedules with production
- Coordinate installers,



glaziers and subcontractors
- Monitor project budgets and variations
- Resolve site issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, consultants and clients
- Ensure projects are completed on time and in full

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

- 2-3+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator or Project Manager within the commercial windows, glazing, façade or cladding industry
- The ability to confidently read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career

Highly Regarded (Not Essential)

- AutoCAD experience
- V6 or LOGIKAL experience
- Construction Management, Building or Engineering qualification
